If necessary, the procedure for obtaining the patent can be accelerated.

Protection in courts, arbitration courts and the Intellectual Property Court

Our lawyers and patent attorneys have significant experience in considering cases related to intellectual property in the Chamber of Patent Disputes of Rospatent, in civil and arbitration courts, and in the Intellectual Property Court. If necessary, our specialists will prepare and submit to the Chamber or the courts the objection to the decision of Rospatent to reject the registration of your patent or trademark, or the opposition against the registration of patent or trademark OF ANOTHER, and will prepare all the necessary documents.
